The 20 Under 40 program has been established to recognize NU alumni who are ambitious professionals doing great things in their careers, organizations, or communities.

Criteria to be nominated for the 20 Under 40 class include being an alumnus under the age of 40 at the time of their nomination, making an impact in their career, organization, or community, demonstrating the values of The Northwood Idea and involvement with Northwood University post-graduation.

Each member of 20 under 40 represents the core values that define our Northwood community. Their accomplishments have inspired us and paved the way for a brighter future.
